Has there ever been a 4-3 defense thread

I was just wondering has there ever been a 4-3 thread in maddengods forum? The reason why i ask is there is always debate on which defense set is most effective against the run and the pass. Most time around on the net the love is being show to the 3-4 defense set and the 46 defense as well. But there is very little writeups on the 4-3 defense orther than a quick nanos blitz the 4-3 is left out on the outside looking in. So i wanted to know if there is someone in the forums who knew how to play this defense set. Who can breakdown how to play the run and contain the pass along with bring effective heat. If so could you please post and show us what you got. Im not looking to steal secerts but it would be nice to see love show to this defense scheme as well. im out alc
