   I hope madden 09 focuses more on a pure football feel. the extra game modes are ok as a break from the actual game but franchise mode needs the most attention. I hope they eventually add expanded pre season rosters, more realistic run blocking schemes, smarter o line ai, and more animtions mainly gang tackles and pileups on fumbles. more announcers would be nice too..if its a sunday night game have sunday night announcers monday night games get the monday night crew and games that aren’t on tv get the radio announcers that 360 owners have been stuck with the past 3 years…im not hoping for that much really…just the perfect football game lol

   I actually like what I see so far, and this coming from a guy who has been REALLY disenchanted with Madden football. I like the idea of the real commentators, which can’t be worse than the drone radio announcer. the sleeker player models seem to look great,etc..it all sounds pretty good. BUT what I would really HOPE they add is more hoopla when you win the super bowl, and when you get to the pro bowl, have the actual probowl uniform and the individual team helmets!!! they had it right in the ps2 versions, but not on the 360…so definetly need that. I’d also like to see throwback uni’s that are standard and can be used any time like in the 2K series….

   How about you can create your own playbooks and actually use them? 07 and 08 took away that option. Why? In a perfevt world create your own coaching staff with points to put at each ability.

   They should definetly put in a make your own playbook. By doing that it would probably be a lot more fun online because you have no idea what to expect.

   I’m all for the idea of making everything legitimate in football… balance up the offense and defense or at least try to make it as best as possible, and how about special teams actually having a little bit more interesting packages like say reverse opportunities or just some more special features to that aspect of the game. Otherwise just continue upgrading these next gen games and hopefully they can become as real as the game itself. and i’d love the idea of making your own playbook.

   i have been looking for a site to vent on for years..i have promised myself i will not buy 09…here is what i want1)better o-line blocking 2)people to actually run then speed they… i can never understand why a 4.29 reciever get run down from behind by a damn line backer this irks me to no end 3)how about make a first rounder play like a first rounder(o-line) in the franchise mode make it easier to develope a player during the season in practice..also something i love about 2k5 the ability to switch player out while the game is playing with out going to the depth chart and most of all stop this running slower when i push the x or burst button…by this i mean when the corner trys to cover a pass to a wr…you ever notice thr damn man slows down when you try to speed burst to catch him..i’m furious about that..if these things do improve i really can’t see spending 50 bones on any madden game
